I'm Karla Holley (NC LMBT #18507), the founder and licensed massaage and bodywork therapist behind Ascension Bodywork, LLC. I've been licensed and practicing since 2019. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Sports Medicine, I blend science, skill, and intuition to help my clients heal, perform, and live with more ease.

Located in the heart of the Triad in North Carolina, Ascension Bodywork provides professional, results-driven massage and bodywork services to Greensboro and the surrounding communities. Every session is customized to meet your specific needs-whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from surgery, or striving for peak athletic performance.

We specialize in Post-Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Cupping Therapy, as well as offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and more. For your convenience, we also provide Mobile Massage, Corporate Chair Massage, and Couples Massage options.
